To create an account and use jnt189 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jnt189 strictly prohibits minors from creating accounts or participating in any gaming activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our Platform. Our services are specifically designed for the Indonesian market, and we do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account with jnt189. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal information, email addresses, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.
Your Account is for personal, recreational use only. Professional or commercial use, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, syndicate play, or operating betting services for third parties, is prohibited.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identification document, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
jnt189 implements mandatory identity verification procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. You must submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian identification card (KTP) or passport, and may be required to provide additional documentation such as proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jnt189 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. jnt189 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must immediately notify jnt189 of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or residential address. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information remains current and accurate.
jnt189 accepts deposits through authorized Indonesian payment methods including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and licensed e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of payment method ownership and may decline or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from accounts in your name.
Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account immediately. In cases where manual verification is required, processing may take up to 15 minutes during business hours. jnt189 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
jnt189 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified, all identity verification documents must be approved, and you must meet any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as your jnt189 Account.
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB, and Saturday through Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing during the next operating period. Typical processing time is 15-45 minutes during operating hours, though larger withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and payment method. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP members. We reserve the right to process large withdrawals in installments for security purposes.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of terms, or if additional verification is required. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Canceled or declined withdrawal requests will have funds returned to your Account balance.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed at the time of the promotion. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates vary by promotion. You must read and accept the specific terms of each bonus before claiming.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account termination.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also refuse to award bonuses or withdraw bonuses already credited if we determine that terms have been violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
You agree to use jnt189 services in a fair and responsible manner. Prohibited activities include cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors or loopholes, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of our gaming platform.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each market. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases of abandoned or postponed matches, settlement rules vary by sport and will be applied according to standard industry practices. We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started or when the outcome is already known.
Live casino games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers and are subject to standard casino rules for each game type. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Disconnections during gameplay are handled according to the specific game provider's policies, with most games preserving your position and balance until reconnection.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, functionality, or suitability of our Platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
jnt189 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security, losses due to technical failures or interruptions beyond our control, losses due to errors in third-party services or payment processors, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of jnt189 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend your Account temporarily if we suspect violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if additional verification is required. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, create multiple accounts, or engage in any conduct that we determine to be detrimental to our Platform or other users. Upon termination, any bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to deduct any amounts owed to jnt189 from your Account balance before processing any final withdrawal.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. For responsible gaming purposes, you may also request self-exclusion for specified periods. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed and you will not be able to access gaming services. We will process the withdrawal of any remaining balance after deducting applicable fees or amounts owed. Self-exclusion periods are permanent for the duration selected and cannot be reversed until the period expires.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of jnt189 services or these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through our internal customer support and dispute resolution process.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must contact our customer support team via email or live chat within 14 days of the incident giving rise to the dispute. We will investigate all complaints promptly and provide a resolution within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to independent mediation or arbitration.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms must be brought within one year after the cause of action arose. Failure to bring a claim within this timeframe will result in permanent waiver of that claim.
